Portions & Cutting Guide

There are a number of ways to slice a cake and a number of portion guides that exist on the internet.

My portion recommendations are a guide and your requirements will always be discussed. However as an indication :

Round Cake (Approx. Portion size 1" x 2" x 5")

6" - 12 Portions

7" - 18 Portions

8" - 24 Portions

9' - 32 Portions

10" - 38 Portions

My cakes are freshly prepared and can therefore be safely frozen so if you have any leftover you can freeze it and pull it out the freezer for a treat. I'm happy to give you freezing guidelines if you require it...please just ask.
